Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an extremely prestigious business that supplies products throughout the world. Due to the upcoming peak season, they are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy team on a full-time, temporary contract running until January.

About the role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will help support the day-to-day warehouse operations while providing supervision to the team. You will play an important role in supporting the busy warehouse team during the upcoming peak season.
H3: Warehouse Team Leader job in Milton Park – responsibilities
The role will involve:
- Managing pickers and packers
- Assisting with warehouse operations
- Offering training to new employees
- Ensuring all Health & Safety processes are being followed
You will be expected to support the day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise the team and get involved with warehouse activities as required.
About you
The successful Warehouse Team Leader will have an understanding of warehouse operations and previous floor supervisory experience.
You will also need:
- Experience using HHTs (hand-held terminals)
- A “can do” attitude
- The ability to lead by example
- A willingness to help operatives and get involved in warehouse operations
This is a full-time, temporary Warehouse Team Leader role running until January, supporting a busy team through the upcoming peak season. The successful candidate will need to be able to lead by example, support operatives and take an active role in warehouse operations.
