Recruitment Consultant
Didcot, Oxfordshire
Recruitment Solutions is an established recruitment agency based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We specialise primarily in temporary recruitment across Logistics, Warehousing, Driving and Construction, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
But we’re not looking for someone simply to inherit a desk.
We want someone who wants to build one.
If you’ve got recruitment experience, a strong network and the ambition to develop your own client base, we’re prepared to give you the freedom and support to do exactly that.
The opportunity
Our core business is temporary recruitment, so if you have experience and contacts within Logistics, Warehouse, Driving or Construction, you’ll have a natural fit with what we already do.
However, we’re also open to someone who wants to develop a permanent recruitment desk or build a desk within another sector.
If you have a proven track record and an established network of clients and candidates in a particular industry, we’re interested in what you can bring to the business.
You could:
- Grow an existing temporary recruitment market
- Build your own temporary desk from the ground up
- Establish a new permanent recruitment division
- Bring an existing client network with you
- Develop a completely new specialist sector for Recruitment Solutions
Job summary

- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm hours per week

About you
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who is:
- Commercially minded and confident winning new business
- Comfortable developing relationships with decision makers
- Driven by earning potential and building a successful desk
- Experienced in recruitment and ideally able to demonstrate a successful billing track record
- Well connected within their sector
- Confident managing both clients and candidates
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Ambitious enough to want to build something rather than simply manage an existing desk
Recruitment experience is essential, but we’re more interested in your ability and ambition than the exact sector you’ve worked in.
