About the role

Recruitment Solutions are working with a market leading Fastenings Manufacturer in Oxfordshire and by continued growth are looking a Warehouse Operative to join their team at their warehouse based in Cowley, Oxfordshire.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle and organise incoming stock
• Assemble orders by picking and packing items accurately
• Utilise mechanical knowledge to build and prepare products for shipment
• Use of forklift/have a valid counterbalance forklift license advantageous (training/licensing provided if not)

Working Hours/Days/Salary

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Mon to Thu 7.30 – 16.30, Fri 7.30 – 13.30
• Starting salary £24,000 per annum, rising to £26,000 upon successful completion of probation and gained necessary FLT licences.

About you

Personal Criteria

• Proficiency in forklift operation (advantageous)
• Experience in materials handling and stock management
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Skilled in picking, packing, and assembling orders
• Have the flexibility to cover a late shift when the need arises (additional shift premium paid for that)
