This Warehouse Cleaner job in Abingdon is a part-time opportunity working two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday. Additional days may be required depending on business needs.

About the role
As a Warehouse Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse environment. The role supports the safe and efficient operation of the site by ensuring workspaces remain clean, tidy, and accessible.
Duties include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of warehouse floors, surfaces, and equipment using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Organising any breakages within the warehouse in a tidy manner
- Maintaining cleanliness of storage areas, aisles, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Disposing of waste materials responsibly and ensuring bins are regularly emptied and sanitised
- Restocking cleaning supplies as required
- Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to management
- Following health and safety procedures during all cleaning activities to help prevent accidents and injuries
- Assisting with organising stock storage areas to optimise space utilisation and accessibility

About you

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment, and safety procedures would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to scheduled shifts
- Ability to carry out physical duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting light loads as required
