About the role
Main Duties Include:
- Delivering first class service to customers
- Upselling accessories, extended warranty and finance options
- Achieving industry-leading standards of customer care
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phones
- Any other duties set by Sales Manager
About you
Candidate Expectations:
- Previous experience working within Sales
- Previous Customer service experience
- Full UK Motorcycle licence preferred
- Motorcycle background preferred
- IT competent
- Have strong organisation skills
- Have the ability to prioritise workload
- Have good English and Maths skills
Days, Hours and Salary:
- Working 5 out of 7 (guaranteed Sunday and 1 weekday off)
- Weekdays: 8:30am-6pm
- Saturday: 9am – 5pm
- £45,000 OTE
