Recruitment Solutions are working with a leading specialist in their field based in Abingdon, due to huge expansion they require 2 Parts Advisors on a permanent basis.

About the role
Main Duties Include:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Process orders and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new parts and accessories
About you
Candidate Expectations:
- Previous experience working within the Parts department
- Have a strong mechanical background
- Have strong organisation skills
- Have the ability to prioritise workload
- Have good English and Maths skills
Days, Hours and Salary:
- Working 5 out of 7 (guaranteed Sunday and 1 weekday off)
- Weekdays: 8:30am-6pm
- Saturday: 9am – 5pm
- £28,000 p/a (£32,000 OTE)
