About the role

Working Days/Hours/Salary

  • Monday to Thursday – 4 day working week (Part Time)
  • 9am-3pm (Part time)
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Quarterly and Performance based bonuses also available

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive sales to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports/orders, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into our systems.
  • Utilise software such as Excel, Word and Sage to create documents, manage databases, and generate sales reports.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and address any queries or issues.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for sales documentation and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as required.

About you

Experience

  • Proven experience in Sales/Sales administration or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience using Sage or similar software.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office environments and the ability to adapt to various administrative tasks as needed.
