About the role
As part of this HGV Class 2 Driver job in Didcot, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.
Key duties include:
- Safely operating the vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods
- Maintaining accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Adhering to company policies and procedures relating to safety, delivery protocols, and customer service
Role details:
- Role: HGV Class 2 Driver
- Location: Didcot
- Hours: Full-time, day shifts with early morning or late morning start options
- Pay: £17.89 per hour + overtime (1.5x) + night and evening premiums
About you
To be considered for this HGV Class 2 Driver job in Didcot, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid and in-date CPC
- Have no more than 6 points on your licence
- Be physically fit and capable, as the role involves manual handling and loading/unloading
