About the role

As a Delivery Driver, key responsibilities include:

• Complete daily multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload the vehicle, including heavy items.

• Plan routes and manage delivery schedules.

• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery.

• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

The role involves regular multi-drop deliveries to customers across Oxford, London and Southampton. Good knowledge of routes around Oxford, London and Southampton is advantageous.

The position also requires regular heavy lifting, including loading and unloading the vehicle and carrying and moving heavy items throughout the day. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of carrying out these duties.

Start times will vary according to delivery schedules and will be between 5:30am and 9:00am. Flexibility is therefore required to begin work within this window.

About you

To be considered for this Delivery Driver job in Oxford, applicants should have:

• A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.

• Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of routes around Oxford, London and Southampton is advantageous.

• Physical fitness and the ability to carry out regular heavy lifting.

• The ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
