About the role

  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Using internal systems and Excel to manage data, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining customer information
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times

About you

  • Previous experience working in an office environment (essential)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
