Recruitment Solutions have been working in partnership with a market leading distribution business for a number of years. Due to huge growth (30% in the last year!) we are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team on a PERMANENT basis.

About the role

As part of this role, you would be able to work from home 3 days a week once training has been completed (approx 12 weeks).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer emails and phone calls.
  • Resolving any issues with deliveries or products
  • Answering any general enquiries in regards to the services on offer
  • Data processing and inputting onto a bespoke CRM system
  • Preparing and processing orders
  • Liaising with different departments to ensure a smooth service

Candidate Expectations:

  • Friendly, bubbly, confident personality.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ablility to resolve issues in a calm & professional manner whilst remaining empathetic
  • Strong computer skills (MS Outlook / Excel)

Working Days, Hours & Salay:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am – 5pm (approx) – some flexibility can be offered
  • £23,500 p/annum (+ performance bonuses, allowing up to £26,500)
  • 5% annual christmas bonus (profit dependant)
  • 2 days working in the office, 3 days working from home (once training completed)
