About the role
As a Warehouse Operative and Van Driver, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse and driving duties to help ensure the smooth processing and delivery of customer orders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading goods and delivery vehicles.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties.
- Driving the company van to deliver customer orders when required.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
- Supporting the team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
This is a flexible, hybrid warehouse and driving role within a well-established wholesale distribution business in Theale. You will need to be willing to help across different duties and support the team as required.
About you
To be considered for this Warehouse Operative and Van Driver job in Theale, you should have the following experience and attributes:
- Previous warehouse and van driving experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Must be 25 or over to meet the client’s fleet insurance requirements.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to help across different duties.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You should be comfortable combining warehouse responsibilities with driving duties and be prepared to support the team in keeping orders moving efficiently.
