Recruitment Solutions are working with a prestigious market leading Motor Car Dealership in Reading. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Service Advisor on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for anyone with a keen interest in customer service within the automotive industry who wants to progress their career to the next level with a household name in the industry.

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer car servicing bookings
- Answering of both inbound and make outbound phone calls
- Seeing customers in and out of the dealership
- Explaining services carried out with customers and highlighting any vehicle faults that have been noted on inspection
- Representing the service department at a front of house level
About you
Candidate Expectations:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Minimum 1 Years Experience within Main Dealer setting – Preferred
- Valid UK Driving License – Advantageous
Working Days,Salary:
- Monday to Friday
- 1 Hours Lunch Break
- £28,000 Basic (expected £34k OTE)
