An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Reach Truck Driver job in Lutterworth to join one of our longstanding clients, an industry-leading logistics business, at their UK head office in Lutterworth.
Please note: you will only be operating the Reach Truck for approximately 30–40% of the working day. The remainder of your time will be spent completing general warehouse duties.
Applicants must hold a valid Reach certificate.

About the role
In this Reach Truck Driver job in Lutterworth, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations while ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating a Reach forklift truck
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Assisting with stock checks
- Carrying out general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift
This is a varied position where flexibility is important, as forklift work will not make up the entirety of your day.
About you
To be successful in this Reach Truck Driver job in Lutterworth, you should meet the following criteria:
- A valid Reach licence is essential
- A valid counterbalance licence is advantageous
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to carry out a mix of forklift and manual warehouse tasks
