Recruitment Solutions are working with a market-leading business within the Logistics sector in Lutterworth. Due to growth within the business, our client is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Korean, both spoken and written, and will be responsible for collating and reporting data, analysing business performance and identifying key areas for improvement and growth.
This Operations Analyst job in Lutterworth would suit an analytical thinker with an understanding and interest in data interpretation, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with different audiences and levels of the business.

About the role
Primary Objectives
As an Operations Analyst, your primary objectives will include:
- Collating and reporting data to all areas of the business.
- Analysing and identifying key areas for improvement and growth with evidential reasoning.
- Managing, distributing and advising or challenging KPI results.
- Managing agreed processes and improving or amending them as required.
General Duties as an Operations Analyst
The general duties associated with this Operations Analyst job in Lutterworth will include:
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to colleagues, managers and customers.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Carrier contract management, including periodical tender and bidding.
- Carrier/3PL/Insurance claim management.
- Performance and KPI management.
- Self-managing workload to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Any other associated tasks.
About you
The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker with an understanding and interest in data interpretation. You will also have:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft packages, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- The ability to adapt methodology and reporting to suit different audiences.
- The ability to interact with all levels of the business.
- An understanding of Contract Logistics operations, which is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Fluency in English and Korean, both spoken and written, is essential.
