About the role

As part of this HR & Payroll Administrator job in Lutterworth, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and payroll administration. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the administration of human resources processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
  • Supporting data entry tasks related to employee information, attendance, and payroll records
  • Preparing and processing annual bonus payments, annual pay rises, promotions, and incentives
  • Supporting recruitment activities by organising candidate documentation and scheduling interviews
  • Facilitating and assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes/hearings, including note-taking
  • Contributing to the analysis of HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
