About the role

Candidates must have experience in:

  • Invoicing. Supporting the team with invoicing to estimate, management of customer invoices internally. Must have knowledge of accounts payable / receivable
  • SAP User. Must have experience and be comfortable without supervision
  • Estimates & Pricing. Covering the development of cost estimates / pricing and quotations for a range of private / public sector customers. You will not be required to negotiate new quotes – this will only be to existing clients where the costs are already agreed.

About you

Other Responsibilities:

  • Daily production reports: Process lines, outbound and out-turn reports
  • Sales invoicing from SAP
  • Management costsings
  • General office admin
  • Any other associated tasks

Working Days, hours & Salary:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am – 5pm
  • £12.50 per hour
