The Role:

  • Contact customers for missed collections & confirm rescheduled day
  • Minimise the number of invoice queries and investigate any credit requests made by customers
  • Inputting of data onto the bespoke CRM / database
  • Conduct end of month checks to ensure invoicing runs smoothly
  • Resolve any customer missed collections in a calm manner
  • Self manage emails & workload

About you

The Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Competent in the use of all Microsoft applications (outlook & excel mainly)
  • Excellent customer service, not afraid to make phone calls
  • Able to deal with difficult situations whilst resolving the issue at the same time
  • Able to prioritise & self manage workload
  • Can-Do attitude. Always doing the right thing, not the easy thing
  • Team Player. Willing to assist other departments where required.
