About the role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operations. Your duties will include safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck to ensure efficient movement of goods throughout the site.
You will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all items are handled with care and accuracy. The role also involves manual stock checks, helping to maintain accurate inventory records at all times.
In addition, you will carry out picking and packing of products, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch. There may also be other associated warehouse tasks required to support the wider team and maintain smooth operations.

About you
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence and have previous experience working within a warehouse setting. A Reach Truck licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
You will need to have valid and correct right-to-work documentation and be able to commit to the specified working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the location and hours of work, having your own transport is essential.
