Recruitment Solutions are working with a market leading business within the Facilities Management sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join the well established team, based out of Crawley – specifically at Gatwick.
This is a Cleaner role focused on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service.

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join the team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings and requires effective communication skills alongside a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and fittings to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
The Cleaner will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness while communicating effectively with clients and team members. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.
About you
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and colleagues, alongside excellent customer service skills to address client needs and concerns professionally.
A valid driver’s licence is advantageous for those required to travel between locations. You must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
You need to have a 5 year UK address history due to security check purposes.
