About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of field-based BDM’s
  • Leading by example by prospecting, visiting potential customers for new business and developing relationships
  • Mentor, coach and guide your team
  • Delegate all inbound enquiries and assign to relevant rep
  • Demonstrate perfect completion of client site risk assessments and site audits
  • Participate in regional networking events
  • Overachieve and record company KPI’s and drive the regions pipeline
  • Attend fortnightly/monthly sales meetings and sales visits
  • Diary management and priority planning
  • Come up with new ideas and ways of thinking to improve the overall performance of the sales team
  • Self managing your own diary ensuring maximum productivity

About you

Candidate Expectations:

  • Experience in a Sales Manager role
  • Able to demonstrate previous success in a sales management role, particularly focussed on new business only
  • Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Target driven, always pushing to ensure targets are exceeded
