About the role

As a Warehouse Operative/Loader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse facility. This position involves handling materials, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting daily logistics operations.

Duties include:

• Loading and unloading goods using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment

• Operating warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock movements

• Handling materials efficiently while maintaining organisation within the warehouse and loading areas

• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed during daily operations

• Supporting the organisation of stock storage areas for optimal space utilisation

• Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational targets

This role involves heavy lifting and requires strict adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Hours between 06:00 – 18:00 paid at £14.22

• Hours between 06:00 – 18:00 paid at £16.35

• Hours between 06:00 – 18:00 paid at £17.78

About you

To be successful in this Warehouse Operative job in Exeter, you will ideally have previous warehouse experience, although this is not essential. You should be comfortable working in a physically demanding role and be able to contribute effectively within a team environment.

Key requirements include:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous
