Job summary

• Magna Park, Lutterworth
• 9am - 5:30pm hours per week
• Temp-to-perm
• 26,000 - 28,000

About the role

• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing customer emails and phone calls
• Effectively manage customer expectations on delivery requirements
• Create rapport with leading client
• Compile and build reports for external third parties
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to manage internal requirements and expectations
• Compile structured and concise plan for tranportation requirements, through contact with 3rd party suppliers

• Experience in a similar role
• Able to prioritise & self manage workload
• Can-Do attitude. Always doing the right thing, not the easy thing
• Team Player. Willing to assist other departments where required.
