About the role
As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring waste collection services are carried out safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for operating vehicles and supporting daily waste collection duties across designated routes.
Key duties include:
- Safely operating the vehicle to designated locations
- Assisting in the emptying of trade waste bins
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding safety, delivery protocols, and customer service

About you
To be successful in this Class 2 Refuse Driver job in Oxted, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Valid Cat C (Class 2) licence
- Valid and up-to-date CPC
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Ability to prioritise and self-manage workload
- A can-do attitude, always doing the right thing rather than the easy thing
- A team player mindset, willing to assist other departments where required
