Our client based in Didcot Oxfordshire are market leaders in the distribution of food & drink products.
Working as part of the warehouse team from our clients state of the art facility in Didcot, you will be assisting with the picking/packing operation. Duties will be order picking of food and drink products which are then distributed to clients which include stores, wholesalers etc.
We are looking for candidates who are polite, positive, trustworthy, but also able to pick products accurately. Training is provided for all new starters, however, we ask that anyone applying is capable of speaking in English to a good level and also reading/writing. You will be using a pick sheet and also a handheld scanner, so it is important for candidates to communicate in English.

About the role
Drug and alcohol tests are compulsory before the work placement commences, due to the nature of the products you will be picking. It is also company policy.
We are looking to conduct drug and alcohol tests on site in Didcot ASAP. If successful, you will be lined up to start from the following Monday.
Job details:
* Sunday – Friday working week (5 days a week, one day off during week on rota basis and every Saturday)
* Shifts are 6am-2pm one week, 2pm-10pm the next week.
* We also have permanent 6am-2pm shifts available.
* £ 11.89 per hour basic pay
* £13.67 per hour shift premium between 6pm-10pm
* £14.86 per hour shift premium between 10pm-6am, should you do overtime at nights or if you request to move to night shift
* Regular overtime available
* Weekly pay
About you
* 12 x week temp to perm. At the end of a successful probation period through the agency you should be offered a permanent contract with the client
