Our client in Blackburn, is looking to recruit a Technical Scheduler for a permanent position based out of their offices. Our client prides them selves on a five star service every time. So the ideal candidate will have a passion to succeed and offer the same quality service.
Upload your CVSchedule PPM and reactive works to the correct skilled engineers, ensuring contractual KPI’s are met
Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource
Carrying out jeopardy management with our engineers and sub-contractors to ensure 95% of all task are completed, if not rescheduled in a timely manner
Logging and assigning jobs on our CAFM systems Plan-on, and ensuring our clients systems are continuously updated
Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when requested
First point of contact for engineers and Contract Managers regarding scheduling queries
Ensure CAFM systems are up to date at all times, extracting key information when requested
Responsible for the ‘On Call Rota’ ensuring that an engineer is available to cover each engineering discipline for ‘out of hours’ work
Running weekly reports for the whole team to ensure visibility of performance of the contract
Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedure
Provide support to the National Customer Service Manager for new starter training and any further training to the Help desk team
Liaise with the National Customer Service Manager, to discuss the daily/weekly plans taking place, highlighting any Business critical event
To take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions and to co-operate with his/her employer so far as is necessary to enable them to carry out their statutory duty
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both with colleagues, customers and staff
Organised and successful in team management, delegation and influencing
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Good all round IT skills and proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel
