About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the procurement team
  • Reviewing all projects plant and equipment that have been hired on a weekly basis
  • Ordering bulk materials directly with chosen supply chains
  • Record, receive and review all invoice queries for the Accounts department and raise any discrepancies with supply chains
  • Ensure compliances with the quality policy and health and safety policy
  • “On the job” training is provided

Candidate Expectations:

  • Be self-motivated, proactive and flexible
  • Work well within a team and with other departments
  • Have a fine eye for detail
  • Be adaptable in all aspects within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Be passionate about having a career in Procurement.
  • Be comfortable and confident using Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license

About you

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

  • Monday and Friday
  • 9am-5pm
  • £21-23k per annum
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension contributions
