Claims Handler

Recruitment Solutions are working with a market leading company. Due to massive growth they are looking for a number of Claims Handlers to Join their team on a permanant basis. Home working is an option after 12 week probation

As a Claims Handler you will be the first point of contact and you will be expected to process consumers claims, deal with inbound and outbound calls and offer support to other departments on site.

About the role

Duties Include:

  • Maintain claims allocated and make formal assessments
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Make cost effective decision on all claims
  • Update weekly reports
  • Updating customers by telephone or email regarding there claim
  • Any other duties

About you

Candidate expections:

  • Basic admin skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Working Days, Hours and Salary:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8.30am-5pm
  • £23,000p/a
