Catering Supervisor

London

Our client in London SE1 area are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join their team on a full time basis. To ensure the smooth profitable and efficient running of the Catering dept. Strict adherence to food safety and Health and safety legislation. Leading by example, setting the standards and delivery a world class service.

About the role

Duties include:

Conduct stock takes, order stock, compile work schedules, complete waste sheets, cash up tills, daily cash banking, Conduct end of month paperwork. Monthly toolbox talks, Recruit and provide training to new staff.
Candidates with basic / intermediate food hygiene would be an advantage.
Good understanding of HACCP and COSHH would also be an advantage.

– Temp to perm contract

– £12.48ph

– 5 days out of 7 via a rota basis

– Predominantly Mon – Fri
