Order Management Co-ordinator

Sales order processing, progressing, order status control and reporting
Ensuring correct pricing on all orders
Reserve management set up and maintain as per guidelines
Dealing with OBS queries and contacting end users
Booking orders with customers, calculating loads and implementing any special instructions.
Order receipt acknowledgement
Electronic data intermission (EDI), co-ordination and implementation
Stock control of back orders etc and reserve stock control for given accounts
Various daily/weekly back order reports to internal and external customers
Maintain up-to-date, accurate filing system
Pro-active and regular communication with customers
Nil stock and Late Order reports to be actioned – ensure calls to customers
SO / SA Mapping for home OBS / home deliveries
Re pricing as requested.
– Management of RAD’s (require arrival date) per lines
Pick orders as per booking slot
Price Queries from customers / AR Dept.
– Resolving delivery issues
Ad Hoc duties
Any other departmental duties as requested by your manager
Checking price queries – making sure of a fast turnaround
Back orders – maximising stock orders for booking
Liaising with all manual warehouses, ensuring orders are sent in a timely manner and Invoiced on confirmation of delivery
Communication with home delivery warehouse on deliveries etc.
Dealing with Home delivery failures
Raising claims to the warehouse for any damages
Home Delivery invoices verification and checking
Clear up of accounts ensuring that anything that we can deliver to the customer is booked and to cancel any old orders once given the go ahead from customers.
Spot check on filing to ensure all orders are filed correctly
Manual warehouses check, stock, picking and confirming
Review and maximize month end bookings
Good keyboard skills
Working experience of Windows Packages, Word and Excel ( v-lookup, charts, pivots)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Able to work well within a team and individually

– Salary 28k – 30k per annum.
